ABOUT US

Regen Facades is an experienced façade contractor and we have been appointed to undertake remediations to the external cladding, communal firestopping, compartmentation and fire doors (Including to apartment front entrance doors) at Hale Village Pavilions P1-6 (Crane, Merlin, Egret, Kingfisher, Lapwing and Eagle Heights).

Regen Facades provide bespoke and tested system solutions to both new and existing buildings - Including to complex remediation schemes such as the Pavilions at Hale Village.

You can find our site office located at the base of the Anthology Tower - this will act as our base of operations for the duration of the cladding remediation works. See our contact page for further details.

YOUR RESIDENT LIAISON TEAM

The Resident Liaison Team will:

Be the first point of contact for residents with matters relating to the fire safety remediation works and co-ordinate all responses to the resident with information from the Project Team.
Ensure that residents are provided with information about the fire safety remediation project and kept up to date with progress through clear channels of communications. This will include progress updates via the monthly newsletters which will be published and shared with the mailing list (please email the Resident Liaison Team if you wish to be added or removed from this mailing list at any time).
Arrange access with residents as needed to undertake surveys, facilitate the fire safety remediation works & inspect any issues reported.
